THCA is simply the precursor to Delta-9 THC (THC) and is a legal loophole to sell cannabis flower, vapes, and dabbing concentrates. Cannabis flower naturally tests very high in THCA and companies can legally sell it as long as the product lab tests less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC (THC). When THCA goes through heat conversion (for example when smoked or vaporized), THCA converts into Delta-9 THC (THC).
